Booking Terms
Transparency matters to me — here you'll find everything about deposits, cancellations, and payment.
Deposit
- 20% of the fee is due as a deposit upon booking.
- For longer travel distances: 30% deposit plus travel expenses.
Cancellation
- Up to 48 hours before the appointment: free cancellation — the deposit is refunded in full.
- Between 48 and 6 hours before the appointment: the deposit remains with me but can be credited toward a future booking.
- Less than 6 hours before the appointment: the deposit is non-refundable and cannot be credited toward a future booking.
- Vouchers are generally non-refundable but can be applied to a future booking.
No-Show
In case of a no-show without prior notice, the deposit is forfeited in full.
Payment
- Payments are accepted in EUR only.
- For PayPal payments: transaction fees are covered by the client.
My Right to Cancel
If I have to cancel due to personal reasons, the deposit will be refunded in full. Vouchers will be credited toward a future booking.
